Registration Information

If a player is asked to play on a competitive team, their coach will provide the player with a registration form. Registrations forms must be submitted by your coach.

New players must submit a copy of their birth certificate along with the registration form.

Fees are $70 for each season played. For information on fees for secondary players and other types, review the current fee schedule.

Make checks payable to Heartland FC.

Coaches register your team with NSL before
July 15, 2010 to avoid any fines and to ensure proper scheduling for your team.  Put this e-mail address mtharnish@gmail.com on the form in the club email field.

Registration Form

All players must complete a player registration form and submit it to the coach of their team. Coaches will submit the registration forms to the Club Registrar.
