Heartland FC was formed June, 2009. The purpose of this club is to promote competitive soccer in the State of Nebraska. The club is affiliated with the Nebraska State Soccer Association (NSSA), and subject to its constitution and bylaws, and that of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and that of the United States Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer).
